Welcome to Team AHDR

Team AHDR is an acronym for Aussie/Americas Hump Day Ride (our original & signature rides).

We are a group born in Australia, but have members all over North America, UK/Europe & the world. We came into being in 2016, making us one of the original Teams on Zwift & are now the largest group in the Southern Hemisphere. 

All Welcome! We are an all-inclusive social racing team spanning all levels of Zwifters, both Mens & Ladies (AHDRL Purple Armada), and are always looking for new members (both social & racers) of all abilities.

Our team enjoys riding regularly together on Zwift and have many group rides and races.
